About the Role You’ll be carrying out a variety of domestic gas works including installs, servicing and repairs across the Newport area. About the Client This is a long‑standing independent Plumbing and Heating company that prides itself on delivering a friendly professional service to the local community. They don’t believe in a one‑size‑fits‑all approach; instead they take the time to do the job properly and ensure customers receive a first‑class experience. As they continue to expand, they’re now looking for the right Gas Engineer to join their close‑knit team. Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Duties Carrying out domestic gas installations, servicing and maintenance Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and efficiently Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards Providing friendly reliable service to customers Keeping accurate records and paperwork up to date Key Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer Full UK driving licence (essential) Valid Gas Safe qualifications DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one) Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first attitude If you’re a motivated Gas Engineer ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your skills and offers progression, we’d love to hear from you.
