About the role
Are you a passionate, creative EYFS teacher who believes in the power of play, curiosity and early connection? Heart of Supply is recruiting enthusiastic early years teachers for full-time and long-term opportunities across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, starting January 2026.

About the schools
We work with a wide network of caring, inclusive schools across Lincolnshire where early years education is prioritised and supported. You’ll be part of school communities that understand the importance of those all-important first years, where children are encouraged to explore, express themselves and build meaningful relationships. What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching in EYFS (minimum 6 weeks in a UK school)
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
* A warm, child-centred approach with the ability to foster curiosity and independence
* Confident classroom presence and a commitment to inclusive, play-based learning
* Excellent communication, organisation and a genuine love of early years education
