PRIMARY to SECONDARY MATHS SPECIALIST – Foxford School Castle Phoenix Trust invites applications for a primary teacher to specialise in Maths at a Secondary School. The role supports the development of Maths in Years 7‑9 and can be shaped by the successful candidate. Responsibilities Teach Year 7‑9 Maths lessons with flexible commitment, including intervention groups and occasional cover teaching. Provide research, staff training and quality assurance activities. Support under‑achieving, SEND and high‑potential students. Work independently and as part of a team, delivering engaging and challenging curriculum. Qualifications and Key Attributes Excellent classroom practice, passionate about teaching and learning. Willingness to learn to teach Maths for Year 7‑9. Experience/ability to teach SEND students. Strong engagement, enthusiasm and motivation for students and staff. Capability to work independently and within a team. Commitment to reflective practice and resilience.
