This is a full-time, in-person role based at our London Chelsea office. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment, collaborating closely with fellow Administrators, Developers, and Product Owners. Responsibilities Collaborate with design, backend, and data teams to prototype & deliver intelligent, adaptive, and scalable web experiences. Design & optimize our personalization and tracking approach, whilst ensuring compliance with accessibility, privacy and security standards. Actively scout, test, and implement new AI-driven tools and practices to enhance the development process and user experience. Maintain clean, performant, and modern front-end foundations using React, TypeScript / JavaScript, CSS, AWS Amplify, and related technologies. Use headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok) to deliver content while ensuring compatibility with AI-driven development workflows. Structure complex projects into deliverable increments, contribute to agile processes, and produce technical documentation that accelerates team development. Requirements Strong background in front‑end engineering (React, TypeScript / JavaScript, CSS, responsive design). Demonstrated experience with AI‑driven development tools (e.g., AI code assistants, automated testing, intelligent deployment pipelines). Familiarity with Storyblok (or other headless CMS) and web content workflows. Understanding of web analytics, personalization frameworks, and tracking methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Amplify or similar) and deployment methodologies including CI / CD pipelines, environment management, and feature flag implementations. Understanding of API architecture and design patterns, including REST and GraphQL services. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders. A keen design sensibility to ensure modern, user‑centric interfaces. Commitment to secure coding practices and awareness of compliance / privacy considerations. Desirable Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs and related frameworks into development workflows, including prompt engineering, context management, and orchestration. Familiarity with MCP or similar standards for managing model interactions, context persistence, and tooling integration is highly desirable. Knowledge of experimentation and optimization methods (A / B testing, automated UX improvements). Strong interest in emerging AI‑driven web development trends and willingness to drive adoption internally. Contributions to open‑source projects involving automation, AI, or web engineering.
