Why this role matters In this role, you'll support the Digital Operations Manager within our Online Development team in shaping the future of the way our customers and members shop at Co‑op. What you'll do Work with colleagues across the business to gain buy‑in to the benefits of our Q-commerce and parcel service propositions Support with the development and delivery of training materials and tools to educate our store colleagues on how to manage our QCommerce and Parcel Services customer offer Act as a direct point of contact for our external partners for operational queries Analyse internal data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement or opportunity in stores, including new launches Support the digital operations managers with day‑to‑day work Create, develop and analyse multiple data reports Develop process flows and pull together proposals for future activity What you'll bring A passion for Q‑commerce and/or parcel services Good general IT skills; Microsoft Excel is essential (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas) to present data engagingly Strong organisational and time‑management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of attention to detail The ability to build relationships with a variety of external and internal partners The ability to present data in a meaningful and actionable way Why Co‑op?
