Job Role You could be joining us as a Trussing Operative. Responsibilities Trussing wholebirds at the required speed. Lining baskets. Helping with the other lines in the Production area. Working to the high standards required for our customers. Ensuring high standards in Food Safety and Health and Safety. Working with a multi-cultural team of enthusiastic employees. We will provide full training in terms of Food Safety, Quality, Health and Safety and how to be a Trussing Operative. We will teach you the differences in customer requirements.
