We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care for Cygnet Ducks Halt. Based in the picturesque village of Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, Ducks Halt supports adults who are living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those who have additional mental and physical health needs, and behaviours that may challenge. You will be working 40 hours a week, working 12 hour shifts during the day (7am to 7:15pm), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Ducks Halt. The successful candidate will require a valid Full UK driving licence as operating the company vehicle is a requirement within this role. Main duties of the job Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs Report on medical & welfare needs as required Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all About us Why Cygnet?
