Outbound Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Supervisor to join our fast-paced team at the John Hughes Group in our new parts distribution facility in Welshpool, Western Australia. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating your team of pickers, consolidators and drivers to deliver the best customer service in our industry. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the day-to‑day activities of the outbound team, including order processing, consolidating, invoicing and loading. Monitor productivity and KPIs, and implement strategies to optimise performance and meet delivery targets. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless delivery process. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide training, coaching, and support to the outbound logistics team to develop their skills and capabilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a supervisor or Team Leader in a logistics or distribution environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficient in using warehouse management software. (Titan DMS preferred) and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the logistics industry. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality.
