We are looking for “Workforce Management Solution Manager with UKG, Legion Skills”. Workforce Management Solution Manager – Forecasting & Advanced Scheduling (UKG & Legion) Location: EU Remote / Denmark / UK Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Solution Manager with hands‑on expertise in workforce forecasting and advanced scheduling solutions, specifically with tools such as UKG and Legion. This role will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across US and Canada business operations, ensuring successful adoption and integration in collaboration with technology vendors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for adopting labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities across US and Canada operations. Work closely with the technology vendor’s project manager to ensure seamless delivery. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, internal technical teams, and the implementation vendor. Proactively identify, raise, and manage project risks and issues. Governance & Planning: Define project milestones, governance structures, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. Advise on next steps, dependencies, and solution adoption strategies. Solution Oversight: Coordinate with technical and vendor teams to ensure solution design and integration meet business requirements. Maintain a high-level overview of the end‑to‑end solution and advise on best practices. Change Management & Adoption: Assist with change management planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption. Support business readiness through training, documentation, and process alignment. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing workforce labor forecasting and scheduling projects. Strong understanding of UKG and Legion platforms. Excellent project management skills, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to advise on solution adoption strategies and best practices. Experience in change management and business readiness activities.
