Project HSE Manager – Contract or Permanent Location: Kingston Upon Thames. Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home. Contract: Outside IR35. Purpose of the position You will lead a Project HSE Team to ensure the correct development, implementation and monitoring of the project safety management systems throughout the Project and future projects. How can you support us? Managing and Developing a HSE Team HSE Contract Administration Knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards Subcontractor Management and Evaluation Develop and Maintain Project Deliverables Lead Risk Management Process Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews Ensure Compliance With Contractual and Regulatory Requirements Plan and Conduct Internal HSE Audits Lead Investigations What are we looking for? Education: Degree level Qualification as well as HSE Qualification i.e Nebosh. Experience: At least 3 years working for an IMCA contractor and at least 3 years Project HSE Management experience. Certification: Auditor and investigation certification. Preferably will be Chartered MIOSH.
