You'll distribute our narrative and content across platforms, shape our tone and deliver our content through campaigns that resonate with both institutional and retail audiences. You will have to build CoinShares community and seed our content on the relevant platforms to increase our brand awareness. This is a high-impact role where finance meets culture, and where crypto-savvy storytelling can shape the conversation.ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with Marketing, Research, Design and Compliance, you will be owning and executing CoinShares social media strategy. Your objectives will be to grow our communities while maintaining strong engagement and interest.Building and owning CoinShares social media strategy: Develop and execute a data-informed social media strategy aligned with CoinShares' brand and business goals. You will be in charge of creating a platform strategy with key objectives, tone of voice and audience growth.Responsible for CoinShares social media calendar and its good execution: Create and prepare our monthly social media content following the defined strategy and guidelines. Your calendar will promote our content, share key news or seize market opportunities. You will manage our day-to-day activity across our platforms – prepare all our posts with captions, design briefs and make sure they are distributed on time.Community management: Develop and own our community management strategy. Your objective will be to hijack relevant conversations to insert CoinShares in the finance and digital assets discussion; seed our content on the right platforms to participate in educating our communities.Analysis: Own social media analytics and reporting - monthly reports and analysis to define key insights and build recommendations to improve our performance (visibility, engagement, growth). Stay ahead of trends in crypto, regulation & finance to ensure relevance in our strategy.Skills & QualificationsEducation: Degree (or local equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.Experience: 3+ years in social media management, ideally in finance, crypto, or tech. Proven track record building and scaling multi-platform strategies.Technical Skills: Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc.). Expert on X, Meta & LinkedIn platforms. Good copywriting skills.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of crypto culture and trends. Understanding of finance and digital assets landscape.Additional Skills: Good analytical skills. Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (marketing, research, design, compliance).Language: Fluent in written and speakingEnglish.It would preferable to have:Experience in regulated industriesMultilingual capabilities for managing content across European markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
