OverviewWorking Mechanical Supervisor role at RSE with WES, part of the RSE Group. Travel and working away from home may be required with accommodation provided by WES.ResponsibilitiesInstallation of new and existing mechanical equipment, including kiosks and plastic pipework.Inspect equipment and identify faulty components.Carry out testing and pre-commissioning of equipment on site.Instruct, direct, control, and allocate work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices.Deliver toolbox talks and review permits, safety requirements and RAMS.Oversee mechanical works to ensure they are carried out to timescales and to the required standard/quality.Provide the Installation Manager with progress reports and future resource requirements.What You NeedNVQ or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Pipefitting or equivalent.Proven mechanical installation experience, specifically with plastics.Good knowledge of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety processes/procedures.SSSTSWater industry experience is advantageous but other industries will be considered.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and supervise teams of apprentices and operatives.Full UK Driving Licence.About WES and RSEWES is one of the leading suppliers of specialist chemical dosing systems in the UK.
