Client Care Advisor (Holiday Cover) – IVC Evidensia UK We need a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to cover holidays across our branches. The role involves traveling to cover reception on a temporary basis, working 37.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule and no fixed rota pattern. Role Summary Travel to cover Receptionist holidays across all branches as needed. Work 37.5 hours per week, typically from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional additional hours during stock takes. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and the public via telephone and in person. Provide a professional and knowledgeable impression to promote the practice. Prepare prescription medication under vet instruction. Assist the vet with animal handling as required. Admit and discharge patients for routine operations. Control branch stock, conduct stock takes, and maintain agreed stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of client areas and waiting room stock.
