They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their reputable Residential Conveyancing Department. The Role In this fast‑paced position, you will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, mortgages, and Home Equity Release Plans. Key responsibilities include: Managing a wide range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion Providing clear, expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process Ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting searches, and overseeing the financial aspects of transactions Attending Networking Events to proactively market the firm’s services and to contribute to bringing in new business This is an ideal role for candidates who are not only a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal but also someone who thrives in a client‑focused, team‑oriented environment.
