We are keen to speak with individuals who work on a consultancy / day rate basis The Role As Operations Director / Responsible Individual I, you will : Provide strong, consistent leadership to Responsible Individuals and Registered Managers. Oversee compliance, safeguarding, quality, and performance across all homes. Lead Ofsted preparation, inspections, and post-inspection responses driving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ outcomes. Develop and embed quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement practices. Work collaboratively with Local Authorities, safeguarding partners, and external agencies. Ensure children’s welfare, voice, and development remain central to every aspect of service delivery. Maintain operational oversight through regular visits, audits, and visible leadership. Key Requirements Essential : Minimum 3 years’ senior leadership experience in children’s residential care.
