OverviewAre you a driven and diligent Property Manager looking to expand your industry experience? We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a quality agent in the heart of Cheltenham who have a well-established, friendly team and a great reputation in the local area.Your role as a Property ManagerManaging scheduled repairs and reactive maintenanceCarrying out appointments – inspections, check outs and inventoriesEnsuring property compliance and organising EICRs, Gas Safety certificates and EPCsHandling the deposit returns and any disputesBuilding relationships – happy Landlords and tenants are keyServing relevant notices in line with Landlord instructionMaintaining good tenancy administration recordsChasing for rent arrears when neededWhat we’re looking for from a Property ManagerPrevious experience in property management needed – at least 12 months’ requiredStrong communication & people skills – build lasting relationshipsA proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environmentSolid IT skills & attention to detailA well-presented and professional approachPunctuality & great organisational skillsDriving licence and access to own vehicle is essentialWhat’s in it for youUp to £32,000 basic salary dependent on experienceParking on site – no more hunting for a spaceCompany pension scheme – plan for your futureSupport with further qualificationsIf you’re ready to be part of a well performing market leading agent with a superb local reputation then we would love to hear from you.Magnus James is a specialist recruiter for the property industry and covers the following areas, New Homes, Residential Lettings, Estate Agents, Property Management and Block Management.INSG #J-18808-Ljbffr
