Skilled Fabric Technician (London)WPS is seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our team on the prestigious Landmark contract in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced technician to play a key role in delivering high‑quality building maintenance services across a high‑profile site.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across the site (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating).Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations.Support other trades and assist with general building upkeep.Respond promptly to service requests and fault reports.Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a similar fabric technician or multi‑skilled maintenance role.Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance techniques.NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, joinery, painting & decorating).Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and customer service skills.What We OfferA supportive and inclusive working environment.Opportunities for career development and training.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to work on a flagship contract in a central London location.Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
