As an ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) Regulatory Program/Project Manager within the International Private Bank, you will work with complex business scenarios, tight deadlines, and competing priorities, requiring interaction with all levels of our organization. In this role, you will promote strategic implementation and program governance, providing a unique opportunity to shape our ESG initiatives.,Act as project manager for key ESG-related regulatory projects and change management initiatives across the Wealth Management platform.Collaborate with internal teams, including regional ESG leadership, product development, marketing, operations, technology, and control functions, to ensure compliance with sustainable investing regulations.Drive analysis and documentation of project requirements and outcomes.Oversee progress of project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and compliance with ESG regulations.Co-develop and drive end-to-end implementation of target operating models and strategies to improve process efficiency, risk mitigation, and technology enhancement.Present approaches and updates to senior management on project status and risk management.Engage in continuous learning about ESG regulations and their impact on the business.Extensive experience in project management, regulatory compliance, or a related field within the financial services industry.Understanding of ESG principles and regulatory requirements relevant to the investment industry.Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong background and proven ability to transform processes across multiple business areas; Vocal in challenging business-as-usual operating models and recommending innovative improvementsExcellent analytical skills, communications and presentation skills; Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization and Excellent judgement, risk / control mindsetJ.P.
