Associate/ Associate Director

OverviewAssociate/ Associate Director (Roads) role at WSP in the UK & Ireland. Based in Belfast.What you will doProvide technical leadership to design teams, deliver quality work to time and budget, mentor junior team members and lead multiple design teams. Collaborate with the Roads team and the wider Transport and Infrastructure business to achieve aims and objectives. Develop strong client relationships, proactively manage expectations and advise on technical solutions. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental legislation and in-house quality assurance standards/processes.
