About Bender UK: Bender UK is a leading provider of electrical safety solutions, specialising in monitoring systems for electrical installations and equipment. Main Purpose: We are recruiting a Project Engineer for the Northwest / Lancashire area. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing projects across the full spectrum of the Company’s diverse portfolio across all sectors. Key Responsibilities: To ensure the smooth and accurate installation of equipment into our accounts and all post project documentation is completed Regular communication with both the internal and external sales team to ensure all technical aspects are captured across all schemes Attending site meetings as required to represent Bender UK before, during and post project completion Evaluating, organising and prioritising work within the project schedule Supporting the Bender UK Sales Team with technical advice and information by email, telephone or in person if a site visit is required Regular communication with the Head Office in Germany, first and second level support will be required. In addition, constant technical communication with all parties in the Bender supply chain to ensure the projects are completed to a high standard Understanding of the company CRM system essential Using the company CRM system to deliver projects to BUK standards Producing technical drawings and information critical to the smooth running of BUK projects Producing of RAMS essential to the site work for BUK Experience & Qualifications Bender Portfolio knowledge would be advantageous A background in Electrical Engineering NVQ3, ONC or equivalent in electrical engineering with project management experience Or project management qualification with electrical engineering experience Knowledge of medical clinical equipment would be advantageous Experience of using Autocad drawing packages Experience in working with Design and/or Quality teams would be advantageous Team player attitude essential Experience in using Microsoft 365 office packages Experience using CRM's, preferably Salesforce Clean driving Licence DBS check will be required Benefits Company car of cash equivalent allowance of £6500 per annum Pension auto-enrolment after 3 months, with 6% employer contributions and opportunity to make your pension contributions via salary sacrifice BUPA private medical insurance after 6 months Employee rewards scheme Death-in-service benefit Employee Assistance Programme 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Cycle to Work schemes Company Events Bonus Scheme This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the growing team at Bender UK, while working for a thriving, global, family-owned company which is an expert in electrical safety.
