We live in a beautiful residential home and we love our garden and spend a lot of time in it. We love to be busy. We have a range of needs from complex learning disabilities and autism to physical disabilities. We have an established staff team who know us very well and are all trained and familiar with our routines. Team Highlights In 2018, we started a huge garden project that transformed our garden, we take good care of it and love spending time in it. BBQ season truly takes over. We love our photos Always taking pictures and creating memory books. We are adaptable and flexible as a team, no task is too big, we are enthusiastic, willing and positive and we support each other. We support people to access a variety community facilities and person‑centred activities. We are always coming up with new things to try. We love swimming, and one of us goes most days We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
