OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to work autonomously within our Minor Injury Units at Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda and Royal Glamorgan Hospital. The successful candidate will support a high‑quality, evidence‑based service and foster a positive learning environment for all staff.ResponsibilitiesAssess individual patients and determine differential diagnoses.Initiate investigations and implement evidence‑based treatment plans.Discharge or refer patients in accordance with agreed clinical guidelines.Provide autonomous clinical practice and support the development of a culture that improves quality and enhances patient experience.Qualifications & ExperienceENP qualification or equivalent.Completed an accredited autonomous practice course in minor injuries (e.g., Level 7 Diploma in the Autonomous Management of Minor Injuries – QCF).Experience in autonomous practice and complex decision‑making.Welsh language skills (speaking & listening Level 3 or above) are desirable, but not essential.UK or Republic of Ireland nationality, or eligibility for a Health and Care Visa/Skilled Worker Visa.Additional InformationAll applications will be considered in Welsh or English.
