Are you a technical expert in animal nutrition with a passion for driving commercial success? AB Vista is looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our team and become a key contributor to our growth in Latin America. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, providing expert technical support and services to our key accounts. Your mission will be to drive the adoption and sales of our innovative Gut Health Services and product packages. You'll engage directly with customers, delivering technical presentations, providing expert guidance, and building strong relationships to support our business growth. What you'll be doing: Oversee and approve all technical materials and resources used to support sales. Develop and deliver technical strategies to empower the LATAM sales team. Implement cost-effective technical solutions to boost service sales. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training to support business growth. Manage all services tests conducted in the LATAM region. Ensure the secure handling of all technical data and information. Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Align regional technical action plans with global and regional strategic goals. Develop agile technical strategies that can adapt to changing market conditions. Partner with regional teams to develop and grow strategic relationships. Qualifications: PhD or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Animal Nutrition. Extensive experience in commercial animal production and feed additive sales. Proven expertise in project management and product development. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage cross-functional teams. Experience working in various international markets and regions. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Significant experience with commercial activities, including product and service sales. We're looking for trail-blazers, non-conformists, innovators.
