Job responsibilities Support people to wash and dress, promoting independence.Encourage and motivate patients with managing their nutrition.Medicines management from an administration chart under the supervision of an Integrated Senior Support Worker.Work from 8am‑10pm, 7 days a week; shifts are flexible with full and part-time opportunities.Independent travel between patients' homes and the office base in a timely manner. The ISW role is an opportunity to provide outstanding care and support to patients in their own homes. Experience Minimum six months current experience in a customer/client facing role.Three months (within the last two years) experience of working in the NHS or social care environment.
