About the Role

We are seeking a caring, patient, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small group of three children who work together at the same table. Two pupils have ASD and another has GD; they are close friends who thrive when supported consistently and calmly. This is a rewarding role with no violent or challenging behaviour, ideal for someone who excels in providing structure, reassurance, and tailored learning support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with focus, attention, and concentration strategies

• Providing learning breaks, sensory adjustments, and task breakdowns

• Delivering English interventions for pupils who are EAL learners

• Supporting the whole class when your key pupils are on task

• Collaborating with teachers to promote independence and engagement
