We’re modernising our fleet and you’ll have the chance to work on a variety of makes and models.Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair procedures on vehicles, trailers and mechanical equipment.Use your own personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light/heavy goods vehicles.Have access to specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops.About youQualified mechanic: fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent) with your own toolkit for standard repairs.Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience on a wide range of vehicles.Valid UK driving licence: full manual UK driving licence, preferably with HGV licence and trailer experience.High working standards: pride in your work and commitment to getting the job done effectively.Flexible to service demands: able to work on a flexible shift rota and support the team as needed.Interested?Click ‘Apply Now’ to join this opportunity.Trust is the foundation of everything we do at Royal Mail.
