Responsibilities Provide genuinely helpful and friendly customer service. Uphold great store standards with available stock and maintain a clean and tidy presentation. Promote responsible pet ownership. Support store colleagues to maximise the potential of the store. Qualifications & Requirements Fun personality who is great at interacting with pets and people. Enjoy challenges of a fast‑paced retail workplace. Preferably have experience in a similar customer‑facing environment and a hands‑on approach. High level of flexibility required – able to cover any shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
