The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
In this key role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will focus primarily on projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector. The role involves supervising a varied spectrum of projects, including high-tech clients, premium residential developments, municipal councils, developers, and esteemed academic institutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering cooperative partnerships within the nationwide Project Management team, contributing significantly to a dynamic portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage diverse projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector.
Collaborate effectively within the nationwide Project Management team.
Contribute to the growth and development of the project portfolio.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams.The Senior Construction Project Manager
Ideally chartered status or progressing towards chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB.
Significant experience in a construction, design, and build project management role within a consultancy.
Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
Flexibility, reliability, and a 'can do' attitude.
