Shift Lead at B&Q Gloucester Permanent Contract – 36.75 hours per week. Full‑time equivalent salary: £28,741.44 per annum (inclusive of £0.54 per hour and store‑specific allowance). As a Shift Lead you’ll play a key part in delivering a great experience for both colleagues and customers. Responsibilities Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly. Deploy colleagues to achieve the “make every customer count” objective throughout the shift. Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. Ensure the store is safe at all times. Requirements Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them. Ability to view the store globally and adapt to different areas. Safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities. Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team. Bring energy to each day and motivate those around you. Confident in making autonomous decisions for customers at pace.
