You’ll play a key role in turning customer needs into scalable, reliable solutions — bridging product, engineering, and delivery. Every successful deployment means a retailer saving time, improving accuracy, and transforming how in-store execution works.You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success — turning complex setups into smooth, scalable implementations that deliver real results.Earn your mission: ensure seamless deployment & integration with long-term success of our solutions in production.What you’ll doSolution Design & ArchitectureDesign scalable, secure, high-performance solutions that meet customer needs.Implement smart automations to make deployments faster and more efficient.Project DeliveryCollaborate with delivery teams to define scope and success criteria.Configure APIs, tools, and integrations for smooth implementations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the project lifecycle.Pre & Post Sales SupportPartner with sales & marketing to translate customer goals into tailored solutions.Support onboarding and ensure a seamless handover to ongoing success.Prepare clear technical documentation and training materials.Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild scripts or tools that speed up delivery and improve outcomes.Keep communication clear and aligned across teams and stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementStay up to date with cloud, automation, and ML technologies.Share ideas that help us deliver and scale better every time.RequirementsExperience & technical skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Up to 3 years’ experience in software development, implementation engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting.Proficient in Python (or a similar language, with a willingness to work in Python).Comfortable using SQL and working with data management systems.How you workYou’re hands‑on and self‑directed, with a strong sense of ownership.You’re analytical and curious, always looking to understand how things work and how to make them better.You collaborate naturally across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.You take pride in delivering work that’s reliable, practical, and creates real value for customers.You’re proactive in spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping the team move faster.If you have any of this, even betterExperience with PostgreSQL database design.Familiarity with computer vision or ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or CI / CD pipelines.Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), API integrations, or data engineering best practices.BenefitsOpen salary structure - This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per year.Celebrate our victories together - We’re on an ambitious path and when we succeed, it’s a collective win.
