What You Will Do: Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment. Support the Registered Manager in ensuring full compliance with Ofsted standards, children’s legislation, and organisational policies. Develop and implement individual care plans that promote emotional resilience, behavioural development, and independence. Lead on safeguarding initiatives, promoting the well-being and safety of all young people. Act as a key liaison for external agencies, maintaining effective communication and collaborative partnerships. Manage staffing levels, resources, and budgets to meet operational needs. Ensure all team members receive supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth. Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with regulations and organisational standards.
