Be a valued member of a team. Support staff in delivering fun, active, and educational activities. Gain hands‑on experience with children from babies to pre‑school age. Learn how children develop through creative play and activities. Support with personal care tasks (toileting, dressing, feeding). Engage with parents/carers to support each child’s learning journey. Help with nursery routines, including snack preparation and cleaning equipment. Follow nursery safeguarding procedures to ensure all children are safe and secure. What We’re Looking For Enthusiastic and confident individuals who want to work in a Nursery or Out of School Care setting. Good communication skills and a genuine desire to support the development of young children. The ability to engage and interact enthusiastically with children.
