Early Help Case Manager We have two full‑time posts – one in Newark and Sherwood and one in Bassetlaw – offering the opportunity to join our Family Support and Safeguarding Team as an Early Help Case Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people and families? We’re looking for passionate, committed professionals to join our team. What You’ll Do Act as the lead professional for families needing targeted early help Carry out structured assessments and create tailored intervention plans Chair multi‑agency ‘Team Around the Family’ meetings Work directly with children and families in their homes and communities What We’re Looking For A relevant qualification at NVQ Level 4 or above At least 3 years’ experience working with children, young people and families Strong knowledge of child development and family systems Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Good IT skills and accurate record‑keeping A full driving licence (unless registered disabled) Why Join Us?
