Overview Role: People System Administrator Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months Location: Bolton Head Office 43 Churchgate, Bolton BL1 1HU Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £24,730 Here at SpaMedica, our focus is on patient care, safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities Set up new users, manage system access and support users with queries Transfer all employee records onto HealthboxHR Support in cleansing and transfer of the other employee records as guided. Manage and maintain the HRIS ensuring accurate and secure employee data Be first point of contact for HR system queries and provide training to new employees / managers Support People Admin & System Advisor in implementing opportunities to automate processes and enhance system efficiencies. Support with ad hoc report requests Support data management within the HR systems; including quality checks and data cleansing as required.
