About this role You will be part of a team of customer‑focused officers who provide efficient and effective support services to both internal and external customers. Here’s what you’ll get up to Deliver customer‑facing finance services within Corporate Case Services. Process financial transactions and support our creditors functions, ensuring suppliers get paid. Perform day‑to‑day tasks described in the Job Family Addendum under the Finance section. Working pattern Part‑time position (33 hours a week) Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Generous annual leave entitlement of 23 days pro‑rate, plus bank holidays pro‑rate and 3 additional days during Christmas. Hybrid role: work from home and in the office. Core business hours 8:30–17:00. About you – ideal candidate Your Knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel). Your Experience Previous experience in financial services processing transactions. Experience providing excellent customer service. Your Skills Excellent with figures. Great attention to detail. Organisational skills. Your Qualifications Good standard of English and Mathematics at GCSE grade 4 or above.
