About the role It’s an exciting time to join Ogury As the Field Marketing Manager for the UK and Northern Europe, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and driving commercial growth across this vital region. You’ll lead the planning and execution of localized go-to-market initiatives—from high-impact campaigns and owned events to tailored sales enablement and thought leadership programs—that engage prospects and clients while aligning closely with global strategies. Based in London, this hybrid role involves regular in-office collaboration—not just for meetings, but for meaningful idea sharing and the kind of creative energy that comes from great minds coming together. You’ll bring a creative mindset, strong local insight, and the confidence to own programs end to end. More than supporting growth, you’ll help define how Ogury shows up across the UK and Northern Europe. This role reports to our Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, based in Milan, and offers a unique opportunity to connect global strategy with local execution to propel our business forward. What you will love about this role Lead strategic marketing in a commercially high-impact region where your work has visibility and influence Join a global team that values creativity, experimentation, and collaboration — and gives you the space to own your work Work at the intersection of brand, growth, and sales, with opportunities to test bold ideas and make a lasting mark What you will be doing STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION Develop and execute a regional field marketing plan that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline Identify market trends, challenges, and opportunities across the UK and Northern Europe, and integrate those insights into strategy Define KPIs, measure campaign performance, and continuously optimize for impact SALES & CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Partner with sales leaders to support pipeline creation, accelerate deal velocity, and align on key priorities Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and communications to ensure message consistency and unified execution Drive cohesion between local marketing initiatives and broader business goals CAMPAIGNS & ACTIVATIONS Deliver regional marketing campaigns, events, and partner activations that resonate with local audiences Localize messaging and creative assets to reflect cultural and commercial nuances Leverage a mix of digital and offline channels to amplify brand reach Support regional community building through memberships and partnerships BRAND & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP Champion Ogury’s brand presence across the UK and Northern Europe, ensuring consistent and impactful representation Build executive visibility and position Ogury as a thought leader through content, speaking opportunities, and regional storytelling Lead the development and localization of marketing materials that reflect both brand integrity and local relevance What you will bring to Ogury Experience in field marketing, brand activation, and campaign execution within adtech, SaaS, or digital media Ability to localize global strategies to suit regional audiences and market dynamics Strong understanding of the UK and Northern European markets - including buyer behavior, cultural nuances, and industry landscape Proven track record collaborating with sales, product marketing, and global teams in a matrixed environment Confident in working autonomously and leading projects from strategy to execution Data-driven mindset with a clear approach to evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to translate value into engaging, localized narratives Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems Exceptional communication skills in English; Other Northern European language is a plus Applications will close on October 15, 2025.
