About The Role We are recruiting for Electrical Engineers to join our expanding team based at our site in Scunthorpe. The role will be Monday to Friday, rotating between 06:00-14:30 and 14:00 to 22:30 every week. The salary for this position is ranging between £39,000 and £42,000. Main Responsibilities To carry out planned and reactive maintenance. Provide rapid and professional response to breakdowns. Fault finding including PLC, trouble shooting, repairing and maintaining equipment and plant using all engineering disciplines to ensure minimum lost production time. Perform high quality root-cause analysis for technical and process problems. Support, suggest and implement improvements (Safety, Technology, Process). Utilise the CMMS system to record all works (Shire System). To proactively work towards the continued success of the business with a can-do attitude. In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document. About You Desired Skills and Knowledge You must be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer 18th Edition with valid IEE regulations over 1 year. Time served Electrician with NVQ level 3. Experience in a similar electrical function and industrial environment. Understanding of PLC systems.
