Invest in us and we’ll invest in youJob DescriptionDesign, develop and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers. Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members.QualificationsBeing Security Cleared in the UKDemonstrated strong project experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents).Experience configuring and using Microsoft Dataverse.Experience configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 applications.Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutions.Experience in configuring and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists).Experience developing and deploying Microsoft Teams Apps.Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams.Experience in configuring and deploying Power BI solutions would be a plus.Experience integrating Power Apps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions.Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/TypeScript/SQL Server).Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services.Power Platform Certifications would be a plus (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500).Eligibility for SC clearance or already Security cleared, this requires a minimum of 5 years address history in the UK.Additional InformationWhy Version 1?At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their wellbeing, professional growth, and financial stability.Share in our success with our Quarterly Performance-Related Profit Share Scheme, where employees collectively benefit from a share of our company's profits.Strong Career Progression & mentorship coaching through our Strength in Balance & Leadership schemes with a dedicated quarterly Pathways Career Development programme.Flexible/remote working, Version 1 is tremendously understanding of life events and people’s individual circumstances and offer flexibility to help achieve a healthy work life balance.Financial Wellbeing initiatives including; Pension, Private Healthcare Cover, Life Assurance, Financial advice and an Employee Discount scheme.Employee Wellbeing schemes including Gym Discounts, Bike to Work, Fitness classes, Mindfulness Workshops, Employee Assistance Programme and much more.
