With a starting date of August 2026, the apprenticeship will see you gain experience across all three sites and through working with various processes and equipment. We aim to empower our employees to be the best they can be – the sky's the limit. Key Responsibilities Assisting with maintenance tasks of plant and equipment as part of a site-focused team. Assist with routine inspections of equipment and tools. Supporting delivery of key Operations / Engineering initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, line/factory efficiency and maintenance expenditure. Assist in the delivery of Quality Critical PM and HACCP schedules. Experience working in all areas of the Engineering/Production department. Attending meetings, briefings and shift handovers. Development of Maintenance Best Practice. What we can do for you At the end of the apprenticeship you will receive a nationally recognized qualification and start your career based at any one of the Shropshire sites. What you will need GCSE English & Maths at grade C (level 5) or above. Able to demonstrate a clear passion for Engineering. Must not be engaged in other full-time education. Must be living in the UK. Must be over 16 years of age. What to expect 4-year programme. Hours: A full-time role of 40 hours per week with potential to experience shift working; flexibility is key.
