Store Manager (Retford) 40 hours per week. Deliver an outstanding customer proposition at Toolstation, managing the branch, leading a team and ensuring the best service and product availability. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Deliver great service – ensure the team provides an excellent customer experience, driving sales through service. Muck in – help the team get the job done: check invoices, unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, keep the branch clean and order deliveries. Inspire – encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition. Build relationships – support the development of your team, foster future growth and succession, and ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need. Lead – coach, motivate and engage the team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key. Maintain high branch standards – product availability, hygiene and a working environment that everyone loves. What you’ll bring Track record of developing high‑performing, engaged retail teams. Hard work, passion and willingness to lead a team to deliver sales through superb customer service. Love of teamwork – handy to get involved in the store, develop future leaders.
