Pump Engineer - FM Service Provider - London (Foot Mobile) - £48,000 to £54,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Pump Specialist Engineer to work across seven high-end residential buildings, the majority of which are in the Canary Wharf area with one being in South West London. The successful candidate will have a strong proven track record in servicing, repairing, and fault-finding on pumps, degassers, BCWS sets and pressurisation units. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime and further technical training. Package & Working Hours £48,000 - £54,000 (depending on experience) £160 per month travel allowance Overtime available Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 25 days holiday + bank holidays Further specialist training Company pension Key Responsibilities Servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on Pressurisation units: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo Degassers: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo LTHW & CHW pumps: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara BCWS pump sets: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara Carrying out pump repairs, replacements and system remediation. Diagnosing complex issues across pump and pressurisation plant. Supporting closed-loop and domestic water systems when necessary. Completing service and maintenance reports. General mechanical plant support across sites. Requirements Strong experience with pumps, pressurisation units, degassers, and BCWS sets. Mechanical/plant background with solid fault-finding skills. Experience working across LTHW/CHW systems. Ability to carry out plant repairs and replacements. Full UK driving licence (foot mobile but may require occasional vehicle use).
