Bank Support Worker (Bradford) Company: TLC – part of the iVolve Group. Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire BD9 6BH Shifts: Bank Contract – 0 hours (picking up shifts where required) Pay Rate: £12.21 – £12.47 per hour, increasing to £12.50 – £12.76 per hour on 1st December. Role Overview You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health. You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives. You’ll give high‑quality support tailored to people’s needs. You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music, and get out for movie nights and food outings. You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene. You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support. Essential Skills and Experience Good general education. Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference. Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve. Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable). A commitment to undertake training and development. Desirable RQF Level 2 or above in social care. Previous experience within a social care setting. Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities. Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks. Confident IT user.
