You'll tighten up processes, steer the team, and make sure compliance isn't just a PowerPoint slide but something people actually follow.What you'll ownOur entire Quality Management System. Ensure it's built properly, maintained properly, and audit‑ready all year roundThe internal audit process from planning to action closure. No loose ends, no forgotten fixesThe Master Action Log and the site scheduleLeadership of the Technical Services teamSupplier approval compliance and customer/BRC standard alignment across all functionsComplaint reduction and solid, sensible responses when things do go wrongThe HACCP manual's internal systems section and kept fit for purposeQuality meeting inputs and site‑wide Food Safety/Quality updatesThe Food Safety & Quality Culture survey and turning the results into genuine improvementsQuality inputs and improvements within systemsThe traceability processData support that helps teams actually change behaviour, not just shrug at spreadsheetsWho you'll beSomeone who likes clarity, hates chaos, and understands that compliance isn't optional but it also doesn't have to be painful.
