Remedial Plumbers

Job Title: Remedial Plumber Location: Southend‑on‑Sea, Essex. Salary / Benefits: £22k – £38k + training and benefits. Level of Experience: Trainee Remedial Plumber through to Lead Remedial Plumber. Profile Our client is a leading name within the legionella and water hygiene industry, providing the full range of legionella and water hygiene services to various commercial and industrial clients across the UK. They are looking for an efficient and independent Remedial Plumber based in and around the Colchester area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience undertaking remedial plumbing suits on a mix of commercial and industrial sites and hold the City and Guilds and / or NVQ L2 / L3 in plumbing. Applications will be considered from the following areas: Basildon, Stanford‑le‑Hope, Brentwood, Romford, Rainham, Dagenham, Grays, Gravesend, Bromley, Dartford, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Croydon, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells. Experience & Qualifications Extensive experience working within the legionella / water hygiene industry. Excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislations. Must hold the City and Guilds / NVQ L2 and / or L3 in plumbing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Role / Responsibilities Carry out fault finding on site, diagnose problems, and address them in a timely manner. Undertake full range of plumbing services. Complete checks and sign off all work in relation to plumbing. Ensure that all work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety regulations. Use site information to provide clients with detailed reports. Build and maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients.
