This role blends strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring customer stories to life and strengthen the voice of our customer community. Responsibilities Lead and optimise global customer advocacy programs, amplifying customer voices across channels and regions. Manage the end‑to‑end sales reference program, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Own and evolve customer storytelling—from identifying powerful success stories to creating assets that align with brand and business goals. Drive the Voice of the Customer program, gathering insights that inform marketing, product, and GTM strategies. Oversee customer reward and recognition initiatives, ensuring smooth vendor relationships and flawless execution. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, CS, and Product Marketing to identify proof gaps and activate advocates across key regions and industries. Streamline advocacy efforts by centralising assets and empowering teams across the business to easily access and leverage customer stories. Collaborate with analysts for case studies, customer outreach and customer narratives. Use data to measure, report, and optimise advocacy performance, linking it directly to pipeline, ARR, and retention outcomes. Continuously improve systems and workflows by leveraging automation and GPT‑enabled tools to scale efficiency and impact. Qualifications Experienced Customer Marketer with a strong background in customer advocacy within a SaaS environment. Led customer advocacy programs and knows how to engage customers as storytellers and champions. Structured, data‑savvy, collaborative, with strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. Comfortable working with Salesforce or other CRM and attribution tools. Curious about innovation and efficiency—familiarity with AI and automation (especially GPT workflows) is a strong plus. Benefits Cash allowance for health insurance. Annual vision allowance.
