This is an exciting role to join a growing, culture-led company where you will be responsible for handling complex incidents, providing technical support and maintaining clients’ infrastructure. You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in M365 suite, Azure, Windows Server and Cisco networking. The Role Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incidents and resolving problems. Act as an escalation point to the 2nd line team. Coach and mentor junior colleagues. Ensure that documentation is accurate and kept up to date. The Candidate Previous experience of providing 3rd line support within a fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure and Windows Server. Knowledge of Cisco Meraki. Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. The Package Base Salary: up to £50,000 Pluralsight training. Opportunities for paid certification.
