What You’ll Be Doing Leading day‑to‑day shifts, coordinating assessments to ensure the highest personalised care and support. Acting as a role model, providing guidance and supervision to Support Workers and agency staff. Supporting the management team with audits, quality monitoring and compliance to CQC and Hoople standards. Developing innovative activities and opportunities that help people live full, active lives. Managing medication rounds and maintain MARS, ensuring records, medication and safety processes are always up to date and compliant. Building strong relationships with families, professionals and the wider community. About You You’re an experienced Support Worker, Senior Carer or Team Leader who’s ready to step up. You hold a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards. You have great IT skills. You’re passionate about person‑centred care, a natural organiser, and confident communicating with staff, professionals and families.
