OverviewAccess Talent Group are recruiting for a large multidisciplinary consultancy in Taunton. Our client is looking for an experienced Civil or Senior Engineer to work within their Civil Infrastructure sector.ResponsibilitiesJoin a leading multi-disciplinary team that works on a diverse range of projects from local community infrastructure schemes to strategic national projects.Mentor a small team of Engineers and technicians; provide leadership to developing engineers and oversee design work.Contribute to flexible working arrangements and a leading benefits package.Typically work on Brownfield/Greenfield sites that vary from 300–2000 units, as well as large mixed-use development sites and urban regeneration schemes.About You / QualificationsBEng or preferably Meng in Civil Engineering (degree).Chartered status or working towards it.Experience with Civil Infrastructure design including road design, drainage (below and surface water).Experience with S278, S38, S104 applications.Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage or PDS and Causeway Flow.Excellent team management and mentoring skills.Descretionary bonus; educational and professional development; private medical insurance; 25 days annual leave.BenefitsDiscretionary bonusEducational and professional developmentPrivate medical insurance25 days annual leaveFlexible workingThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading international consultancy.
