The focus is on complex advisory projects — succession planning, UK/offshore structuring, trust matters, and entrepreneurial exits. As Associate Director, you'll:Lead strategic tax advisory work, delivering innovative, client-focused solutionsManage key relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clientsCollaborate with Partners on high-value planning opportunities and business developmentAssist the Scotland Private Client Tax Partner developa team of skilled tax professionals, offering mentorship and guidanceEnsure technical excellence, timely delivery, and a strong team cultureWhat we are Looking ForWe want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, advisory-led environment and is passionate about creating value for clients.
