Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights. Work with well‑structured SQL data models from our Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing refinement as business needs evolve. Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver timely, impactful data solutions that support our growth. Integrate and analyse data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce. Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in fostering a data‑led culture and promoting self‑service BI. Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned with business strategy. Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function. (Desirable) Explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight. About You Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI – you’re confident being the team’s go‑to expert. Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data. Understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally with exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC, and related tools. Experience working with or building reports in Salesforce, or another CRM. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to translate data into stories and actionable insights. Curious, detail orientated, and proactive in improving data quality and reporting efficiency. (Nice to have) Experience with AI tools or predictive analytics. (Nice to have) Knowledge and experience of implementing Google Tag Manager tagging and tracking pixels.
